Notice Description
Contract for the Provision and Support of Syllabus Plus Timetabling System. This Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue, unless terminated earlier in accordance with clause 14, for a period of two years (Initial Term), when it shall automatically extend for one year (Renewal Period) at the end of the Initial Term and each subsequent Renewal Period.
