The first planned refurbishment project (and only guaranteed works in next 12 months) is located on Haydons Road (319-333 and 341-347), Wimbledon SW19 with an estimated start date of 1 August 2021. The work includes brickwork cleaning, repointing, new fascias, sign-writing, awnings, with up to 12 shopfront replacements.
