Service and Maintenance of Vapour Compression Chillers and Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Process Cooling Equipment
Notice Description
The University of Birmingham has a requirement for a long-term contract for the service and maintenance of a range of small and medium size vapour compression chillers (Lot 1) and service and maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning and process cooling equipment (Lot 2) that will ensure that the relevant equipment is maintained and repaired to the highest quality standards. Accordingly the University is seeking competitive Tenders from suitably qualified contractors in response to this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") with a view to awarding a Contract to a single Contractor for the service and maintenance of a range of small and medium size vapour compression chillers and awarding a Contract to a single Contractor for the service and maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning and process cooling equipment. The term of the Contract shall be fixed and for a period of Four (4) years with options to extend for two (2) further periods of two (2) years. Additional information: This tender is to be completed online via In-Tend at: https://intendhost.co.uk/universityofbirmingham/aspx/Home The Supplier Questionnaire is due, and must be received by the University, on or before the Closing Date as published on In-Tend. Any tender received after the Closing Date, at the discretion of the University may not be considered. The University reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the Closing Date. Your tender response (Tender, documents and information) must be submitted via In-Tend by the date and time specified. Information for this procurement is also published on In-Tend.
