THIS IS A NOTICE ON BEHALF OF HAMPSHIRE AND ISLE OF WIGHT FIRE RESCUE SERVICE (HIWFRS) HIWFRS have directly awarded a contract for the provision of a full end to end service for training and consultancy of clinical care processes at medical and trauma emergencies.
