This tender offers significant opportunities for contractors specialising in heating systems and HVAC installation. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) would be particularly well-suited to compete, given the nature of the work involved and the requirement for detailed proposals based on site visits. Contractors that can provide efficient and innovative solutions for boiler replacements, as well as demonstrate a clear methodology and schematic for implementation, will have a competitive edge in this procurement process.
