NOTE: This notice was updated on 10 April 2018 for the following reason: Please note the Deadline for tender responses has been extended until Noon Friday 4th May 2018.Sempra Homes are looking for a contractor to develop the following sites within the Borough of Basildon, Kershaw's Close, Thackeray Row, Rayside and Glenmere. The works will comprise of all necessary demolition and the design and construction of the new homes.Basildon Borough Council's Development & Investment Team act as Sempra Homes' Development Agent. The parties agree that any residual reference to the Council (not including references to Basildon Borough Council as a statutory authority, including but not limited to planning authority, building control etc.) in the works contract is in error and any such reference is to Sempra Homes Limited. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
