Notice Title

Fire Risk Assessments and Consultancy Services

Notice Description

MYHT requires a series of non-intrusive fire risk assessments to be undertaken to identify any significant fire safety risks requiring action. The fire risk assessments will support the continuance of delivering fire safety provisions within Retained Estates and PFI hospital buildings whilst also providing additional guidance to the Trust to ensure it meets compliance with current fire regulations. Fire risk assessments within the PFI will only be carried out in the areas under the management of MYHT, for example wards and healthcare departments. An executive summary report should be drafted for each building which should identify the main fire safety issues summarised as found; this in turn should be supported by a series of individual workplace fire risk assessment reports that substantiate the current 'as inspected - as found' situation, each of which should have its own summary findings in greater detail. Additional information: To express interest and participate in the tender, please register and apply via Atamis e-sourcing portal https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome.
