Hertfordshire Constabulary were looking to purchase the services of Flyer distribution company in Hertfordshire area. Following a non OJEU open process conducted via EU Supply, Dor-2-Dor (Zone Marketing UK Ltd) was awarded the contract. The tender was 100% on price, fixed over a two years period with a possibility to extend for a further 12 months, subject KPIs review.
