The LLAOL landside retail landscape currently consists of a strong Food and beverage offer alongside 2025 landside bar addition as well as services, convenience and essentials. The current convenience retail unit is ideally located first in flow to arriving passengers and maintains strong visibility to departing passengers. This tender opportunity is a multi-lot tender which comprises of two space options: LOT 1: comprising of one space- convenience retail- demise 1 - 4790 SQFT LOT 2: comprising of one space - convenience retail - demise 2 LOT 3: comprising of one space - essentials retail - demise 1 - 1500 SQFT Additional information: In continuation of the commercial strategy the objectives for the 2024 concessions tenders are: Deliver the optimum space / category mix.
