Notice Description

2.1 To provide a Human Whole Genome Sequencing service at least 30X average coverage. Using the University's preferred Illumina Sequencing Technology because of the established bioinformatics and analysis pipelines. Bidders using alternative technology must provide assurances that equivalent results/data will be produced. The samples are from our Beta-Cell biobank of patients with suspected monogenic diabetes or hyperinsulinism. The University expects to provide between 100 and 200 samples per annum.
