Notice Description

London Luton Airport ("LLA") has a large number of revenue generating concessionaires and commercial partners who operate in and around the airport. With the economic uncertainty created by the COVID 19 epidemic, LLA requires specialist legal insolvency advisers with a recognised expertise to provide advice on an ad hoc basis in the event that such stakeholders enter into financial difficulties. LLA are seeking to enter into a zero value, non-exclusive framework contract for external legal counsel to provide accurate and comprehensive insolvency advice on an ad-hoc basis, for a contract term of 1+1+1 years Additional information: To access this or any other LLA open tender advert and to view the necessary tendering documents and express your interest, please visit the LLA e-Tendering Portal at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/llaol All tender opportunities can be found under the Tenders link in the grey bar just below the LLA logo banner.
