Notice Description
This Total Facilities Management contract will provide HM Land Registry and tenants with a package of facilities management services which are delivered to 12 of our offices. These services include: * Building maintenance, including a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance regime * Cleaning * Security * General waste management * Grounds maintenance * 24/7 Helpdesk * On-site management and support services * Billable Works * Projects This was procured via a further competition using Crown Commercial Services RM6232 - Facilities Management and Workplace Services Lot 1b
