The Oak Processionary Moth (OPM) Contractor will be required to manage OPM within the Councils highways, parks & open spaces, woodlands, allotments and closed cemeteries. The contract is driven by risk reduction and minimising the impact of the pest upon residents and people visiting both Boroughs.
