Notice Description

The University of Sunderland is committed to the continuous development of student experience and education through technology enhanced learning. As such, the University is seeking to procure a secure online examination and assessment platform to be implemented across all four of the University's campuses (Sunderland city campus, Sunderland Sir Tom Cowie campus, London campus and Hong Kong campus). The University seeks to procure a web-based platform for students to complete multiple-choice question examinations online. The University require cloud based secure storage of a question database, student scores and examination papers, with a system that is capable of administering a variety of questions including: multiple choice, single best answer, extending matching, case study based, essay and rubric / OSCE and practical examination scoring among others. The system must allow students to use their own devices to complete the examinations, and must lock down each device, whether that be a student's or the University's, throughout the examination period. The University also require a system that provides psychometric capabilities, with the ability to select questions based on psychometric performance. Along with this, the University are seeking a system that allows online grading and marks release with the capability to integrate with other systems for marks transfer.
