Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust had a requirement to outsource the storage of medical records to an external records storage provider. In brief the required service will provide as a minimum: * Collection of records to include general case note folders, AE cards, dietetic records and physio records * Indexing of all records upon storage. * Safe receipt, storage and distribution of records to BTHFT * Retention and then destruction of records or assistance with destruction of records in line with DOH Management of Records guidelines.
