VOA is seeking to appoint a supplier to work alongside our strategy, transformation, and operational leaders to show what our 5-year strategy looks like when translated into an operating model. This should: Set out the Agency's high level future state design (with a ~5-year timescale, creating a single view which aligns our customer offer with our internal processes, systems, data requirements and people (organisation and skills), and locations. Linked to this, provide a more detailed interim operating model (setting out the design of the Agency for 18 months' time). This call off is awarded under lot 2: Strategy & Policy of RM6187 MCF3 Framework.
