PFA Cleaning Services Dynamic Purchasing System
Notice Description
Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate Instead of: 14 August 2017 Time: 12:00 Read New: 13 July 2027 Time: 15:00 Other additional information: CHIC are extending the validity period with a further 60-months extension option, reviewed at 12 month increments whereby the authority can amend (extend, shorten, terminate or re-procure) the DPS. PFA invites organisations to participate in a 60 month DPS for cleaning services. The DPS will be accessible by members of PFA. The DPS may be used by all Registered Providers of Social Housing, Local Authorities and all other contracting authorities that are located in the United Kingdom ("Customers"), including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102. The DPS is also available to all current and future members of PFA, a public sector consortium with a list of members available from: www.procurementforall.co.uk/about/members/. The estimated value of contracts to be awarded through the DPS during the 60 month period is approximately PS75,000,000 excluding VAT. Any estimate of value is for information purposes only. Therefore, please note that there will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the DPS and Customers will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers.
