You are invited to tender for the provision of the full clearance of the Beacon Park Play Area, Woodfarm Lane, Gorleston on sea, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR31 9AQ for Great Yarmouth Borough Council. The site is to be fully cleared of equipment, surfacing and materials as detailed in the specification, which are to be disposed of sustainably and in accordance with the government guidance on environmental management of waste. The ground is to be returned to soil and seed in preparation for development by the new landowners. Existing trees, shrubs and perimeter fencing are to remain.
