The University of Birmingham has a requirement for a Small Works Framework to cover small works (including refurbishment works) as defined in the following Lots: Lot 4 - Electrical Works The implementation of a Small Works Framework Agreement will cover various specialist repairs and refurbishment projects, typically in a value range with an upper limit of PS50k per project. This framework will provide the Estates office with the ability to improve procurement processes and enhance project deliverables, whilst increasing opportunities for local, small and medium enterprises in support of the local economy, also allowing the University of Birmingham to secure best value. The Framework agreement will be for a duration of three years with an option for two further two-year extensions. Additional information: This tender is to be completed online via In-Tend at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofbirmingham/aspx/Home The Supplier Questionnaire is due, and must be received by the University, on or before the Closing Date as published on In-Tend. Any tender received after the Closing Date, at the discretion of the University may not be considered. The University reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to extend the Closing Date.
