Notice Description
Works on a Grade I Listed, Scheduled Ancient Monument. The works will include the conservation and repair of the existing stone walls at Hylton Castle, new construction of 3 floors, roofs, internal fitting out works and new utility connections. The new construction elements include the following accommodation; * Entrance lobby / welcome area * Cafe * Open plan spaces for historical interpretation * Public access toilets * Flexible use rooms * Stair / lift access to the upper levels * M&E installations * Ground Source Heat Pump
