Notice Description

The Public Health England (PHE) is seeking to replace four autoclaves which have reached the end of their useful life cycle. The autoclaves are situated at PHE's laboratories located at Addenbrooke's Hospital at Cambridge. The new autoclaves will be used to make the infectious waste, including hazard group three pathogens safe. This opportunity covers decommissioning and phased removal of the obsolete units, as well as the design, supply, installation, commissioning and testing of new autoclaves.
