Notice Description

The City Surveyors Department is responsible for the management of the City's operational and investment properties, and for commissioning refurbishment and improvement works to the City's buildings. It is the mechanical and electrical services works associated with the Summer Works Programme 2022, which includes the Phase 1 of the Laboratory Refurbishment on C Floor, Refresh of Prep Block Common Parts including Lower WC Block, Phase 1 of the A Floor South Office& Reception Refurbishment, Calorifier Replacement and Phase 2 of the fire alarm upgrade to full PAVA. The design works for Phase 2 of the Laboratory Refurbishment and Catering Facility strip out will also need to be completed, but construction works won't be undertaken within this academic year or as part of this project.
