Notice Description

This procurement is intended to deliver a two-supplier framework for which the London Borough of Bromley can use to call-off professional property and estate management services as and when required. The Council is seeking two professional firms of Chartered Surveyors with expertise in a broad spectrum of professional property service and estates management functions to support the effective management of its estate It is intended that the two-supplier framework contract will be awarded to the two firms, for a period of 4 years. Awards under the framework will be at the Council's sole discretion. The tender opportunity will be run through the London Tenders Procurement Portal and you will need to register your company with the portal as soon as possible (if you have not already done so) at www.londontenders.org to ensure that you are able to access and submit the relevant documents online.
