The strategy will look to develop the data capabilities across four key themes: - People & Community - Governance, Risk & Reporting - Delivery & Workflow - Data Platform Architecture Against all of these themes the data strategy will require clear SMART objectives, with a roadmap of deliverables. The strategy will aim to define the vision and mission for data in Ofcom, as well as key values for the data teams in the way they work.
