GB-Telford: Temporary Theatre in Telford Town Park
Notice Description
We are looking to create a temporary covered outdoor performance space in the style of a big top tent, that can hold 1750 - 2000 people. The structure must be able to offer a full theatre production space that will house all stage and technical requirements including: Minimum stage 15m x 16m, bar, box office, dressing rooms & green room and back stage technical equipment area, to successfully facilitate a wide range of professional performances. The structure is required for productions 16th September 2022 - 2nd October 2022. Construction and de-rig dates can be flexible. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. the documents are available on https://www.delta-esourcing.com. Interested Suppliers must log in and add the Tender Access Code 56GCECM932 following any instructions provided.
