Notice Description

Mhs homes are seeking a suitably experienced contractor to undertake a series of mainly reactive roof replacement for a portfolio of residential single-family dwellings (Houses/Bungalows) where a pitched roof is the primary roof (including secondary flat roofs), and maintenance work/warranty inspections to residential blocks (flats/maisonettes) including Sheltered Blocks and where a flat roof is the primary roof. The work will comprise but not limited to of the stripping up, overlaying or replacement of existing flat or pitched roofing and the disposal of all existing roofing materials, including any fittings, accessories and associated works.
