Notice Description

1.1 The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is currently exploring an opportunity to create a wholly owned subsidiary organisation of the Trust. The main objectives of the subsidiary company will be to: (a) Provide a cost effective service to the Trust. (b) Provide high quality support services. (c) Create additional flexibility in both workforce and methods of service delivery to increase innovation and new ways of working. (d) Increase freedoms and flexibility towards commercial opportunities outside of the Trust to generate income back to the Trust. 1.2 The supplier will provide the following services in relation to the setup of a wholly owned subsidiary: (a) Project support including the creation of a project plan, final business case and management of the project as external advisors. (b) Legal support including support to create a wholly owned subsidiary. (c) Expertise around the transfer of assets into the wholly owned subsidiary. (d) Expertise and support in adopting the correct processes and methods to ensure continued legal and regulatory compliance, including using templates created by the supplier to support internal project team members. 1.3 For each of the above the supplier will be used as the expert in informing the Trust on the best approaches, based on their experience to achieve our overall goal stated in 1.1 Additional information: All documents may be accessed at the above link.
