The current legacy reporting system and infrastructure is outdated and cannot deliver and support our technical strategy. It is a priority to be replaced as it is blocking the work to replace other legacy systems. Replacing the legacy HMPPS reporting systems is an integral part of the 2025 strategy and provides a unique opportunity to improve reporting within HMPPS.
