Notice Description

Building an evidence base is an important part of Realising Opportunities (RO) and RO seeks to work with independent evaluators in order to understand the impact of the RO programme on students in order to provide valuable insights for the Partnership, Partners institutions and the sector as a whole. RO has a clear vision, supported by aims and objectives which articulate the work of the Partnership. Our evaluation framework ensures that the evidence base built is robust, appropriate and answers the key evaluation questions that support the further development of the Partnership and RO programme for maximum benefit of RO students. Key Requirements for the independent evaluation team: 1. Provide advice and guidance on the Partnership's evaluation questions. 2. Provide expert advice and insight to the Partnership regarding the RO programme and its impact. 3. Ensure that all student attitudinal questionnaires and other questionnaires/surveys (such as teachers) are asking appropriate questions to answer the Partnership's evaluation questions.
