Notice Description

Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) is seeking to commission a suitably experienced and competent D & B Contractor to design and construct a new 529 space multi storey car park with leisure unit underneath at the Carnival Pool site in Wokingham. The Works will include completing the detailed design and construction of the building and associated elements. The internal fit-out of the leisure unit will be completed by others and does not form part of this contract requirements. The Employer's Requirement documentation will include Planning Application submission information including drawings. Additional information: This Pre-Qualification Questionnaire ("PQQ") has been issued by the Council in connection with a procurement conducted in accordance with the Restricted Procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. If you are already a member of Constructionline you can provide us with your registration number and then skip the core questions C1, C2, C3, C4, O1, O2, O3 and O4 and go straight to the project-specific supplementary questions at the end. If you are not a Constructionline member you need to complete all sections of this PQQ.
