2.2 The City of Lincoln Council (The Council) is seeking to procure a contract to support the delivery of a General Building repairs and maintenance service to their housing stock. All property is located within the boundaries of the City of Lincoln. There may be a requirement for the contractor to undertake works in commercial property under the ownership or management of the Council as well as in privately owned property. Works to be undertaken include internal and external repairs, property maintenance and refurbishment.
