    We wish to commission an experienced UKAS accredited firestopping specialist to carry out firestopping works and further investigations at Parkside Court and 210 Wharf Road, Chelmsford, Essex. Following recently commissioned Type 4 intrusive fire risk assessments. One at a 14 storey block known as 1-81 Parkside Court, which was refurbished in 2009 and one at a new build block, Flats 1-60 at 210 Wharf Road which is a 7 storey block, built in 2022.
