Notice Description

2.1. The Council wishes to hear from organisations willing to share information about their commercially available, Fully Functional Participation Apps. This will enable the Council to: * Better understand what apps are available in the market; * Explore how options could be supplied; * Consider likely costs; * Determine the most effective way of deploying such an app; and * Ascertain route to market. 2.2. The Council wishes to review the different Participation App vendor Solutions available in the market. This SMT exercise will be undertaken with selected suppliers giving an online presentation/demonstration. The Council will then review the information provided and seek clarification if required, due to the time and resources involved. This will not give any supplier any advantage in the procurement process but will enable the Council to review the range of options available.
