Notice Description

The house at Penton Hook Lock is listed and these speific works have been granted Listed Building Consent. This project is Phase I of a Refurbishment Project and includes to thermally upgrade the house internally and carrying out repair works following a water leak. The works include Internal Wall Insulation, insulation of the suspended floor between the ground and basement, insulation to the pitched ceilings and to the loft and new plasterboard ceilings. Penton Hook Lock House where these have been removed 147 Thames Side Staines-upon-Thames TW18 2JA Phase II will commence once these upgrades have been completed Additional information: To apply please respond to the attached Invitation to Tender with the associated documents.
