Notice Description

The Trust is looking for a suitable supplier to work with for the development, supply and distribution of Free of Charge Appointment Cards. The supplier must work openly with the Trust on a mutually beneficial solution that results in an ethical Trust standard Appointment and / or A&E Information Cards that excludes such areas as funeral, legal, or political advertisements. The current annual usage is up to 40k appointment cards however this could rise up to 225k a year in the coming years. Interested suppliers should email their initial interest to nwangliaft.purchasinginbox@nhs.net for the attention of Michael Bland. Any phone calls received will be advised to email as instructed. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
