Service and Maintenance of Refrigeration Equipment (Campus Services)
Notice Description
The University of Birmingham invites tenders for the Refrigeration equipment maintenance, including Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive maintenance. The Food, Beverage and retail department is a multi-site department including large production kitchens, smaller catering sites, branded stores, bars and hospitality events at the main Edgbaston campus, Medical School site, Selly Oak campus and sites located at the Vale student residence and City centre locations. Equipment maintenance will include the management of asset lists. Contractors will be invited on a guided tour of the site and will be expected to advise the University in a proactive approach to optimising the life of equipment, and during the term of the contract, maintaining a sustainable approach. Additional information: This tender is to be completed online via In-Tend at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofbirmingham/aspx/Home The Supplier Questionnaire and ITT is due, and must be received by the University, on or before the Closing Date as published on In-Tend. Any tender received after the Closing Date, at the discretion of the University, may not be considered. The University reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the Closing Date. Your tender response (Tender, documents and information) must be submitted via In-Tend by the date and time specified. Information for this procurement is also published on In-tend.
