Working for our client we need an experienced leadership coach and trainer to work with the client to bring together a newly formed Senior Leadership Team. We are seeking a supplier who can deliver against the following: 1. Develop a highly collaborative leadership team where people trust each other, have each other's backs, and willingly put the team first. 2. Develop a high performing team that increases its delivery to the front line. 3. Develop a team that to its leader feels largely self-managing; accountable, empowered, and empathetic. 4. Develop a team that to its stakeholders feels personable and approachable. 5. Develop a team that to its subordinates feels it is modelling and nurturing a culture worth working in.
