Norfolk County Council wishes to engage an independent consultant to co-produce a strategy for people with challenging behaviours in Norfolk following recommendations made from the Safeguarding Adults Review in relation to three people who died at Cawston Park Private Hospital in Norfolk. Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council's e-procurement system.
