The works consist of repair and refurbishment works to a single storey detached property within the Santon Downham complex. This comprises of the following elements: *replacement of the roof structure and apply insulation *recover the roof with utilising the existing pantiles where possible *installation of new soffit, fascia boards and rainwater good *structural repairs to the walls *replace all timber windows with new Upvc double glazed units *insulation the walls and floor internally *removal and infill of the existing doors to the South & East elevations *removal of existing internal finishes throughout *alteration works to drainage and plumbing *alteration works to existing mechanical and electrical systems *installation of new mechanical and electrical components *installation of new finishes throughout *installation of new sanitary ware and associated plumbing components *all other works identified within the schedule of works Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
