Notice Description

The purpose of this procurement is to implement a trial cycle hire scheme to improve movement and connectivity within the Royal Docks. The appointed provider is required to deliver infrastructure, bikes, maintenance and servicing for two docking stations. The GLA's Royal Docks Team (RDT) will cover the capital cost of the docking stations, installation and bikes. The operator will manage the maintenance of the cycle hire scheme and there will be no additional costs to the RDT following installation.
