Expressions of interest are invited for the following tender. Manchester Central will be outsourcing the food and beverage operations for MCM Manchester Comic Con on the 29th and 30th July 2017. Manchester Central are looking for a single mobile catering company to provide various sweet and savoury vendors, the space has capacity to host 10-12 different vendor's dependant on size. Manchester Central will be asking for a flat fee for the hire of the 'whole pitch' rather than a percentage of takings. More information regarding the event can be found on the official website; http://www.mcmcomiccon.com/manchester/ Further information about the Venue can be found at http://www.manchestercentral.co.uk/ If you are interested in this opportunity please state the tender code in the email subject, and email procurement@manchestercentral.co.uk The last date to request further information for the tender will be Thursday 23rd February 2017. Further information will be sent on Friday 24th February 2017. Proposals will need to be returned by noon Friday 3rd March 2017.
