SPS 2230 - Repairs and Voids Refurbishment of Council Housing Stock Framework
Notice Description
The Royal Borough of Greenwich (Royal Greenwich) invites tenders for contractors to participate in a 48 month framework agreement in the supply of repairs and refurbishment services supporting the Direct Labour Organisation to Royal Greenwich housing stock. Works will be delivered under Call-Off Contracts awarded via direct award or mini-competition process. The estimated total value of the frameworks to be awarded is PS32million. The total framework value is not a guarantee of expenditure. Royal Greenwich is looking to award up to four framework agreements. There will be a Bidders Day on the morning of 17 February at Charlton House, Charlton Road, London SE7 8RE. Details are within the PAS 91 document. Additional information: Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents. This procurement will be managed electronically via the RBG Proactis e-tendering Suite. To participate in this procurement, participants shall first be registered on the E-Tendering suite. If Tenderers have not yet registered on the e-tendering Suite, this can be done online at https://royalgreenwich.proactishosting.com/ and click on the tap "supplier registration". Note: registration may take some time therefore, please ensure that you allow a sufficient amount of time to register. Full instructions for registration and use of the system can be found at https://supplierhelp.due-north.com/ Once you have registered on the e-Tendering Suite, a registered user can express an interest for a specific procurement. This is done by looking at the opportunities sections. The registered user will receive a notification e-mail to alert them once this has been done. As a user of the eTendering Suite, you will have access to proactise-portal email messaging service which facilitates all messages sent to you and from you in relation to any specific RFX event. Please note it is your responsibility to access these emails on a regular basis to ensure you have sight of all relevant information applicable to this opportunity. For technical assistance on use of the eSourcing Suite, please contact Proactis Helpdesk Freephone: 0345 010 3503. Also tenderers are to note that the deadline for Questions and Answers is 02/03/2020 at 12PM NOON. The Councils responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal. Please note that this project has been advertised on Contracts Finder/ other web portals, however, supplying the ProContract tender portal is the only portal that includes all the relevant documents required to respond to this opportunity, bearing Project Id: DN462156. No Tender submissions will be considered without completing the tender documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the tender documents. The Royal Borough of Greenwich in pursuit of its duty under the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012, which is, to seek improvement in the economic, social and environmental well being of its Residents, would like the successful contractor to provide details of the Social Value that their organisation will deliver during the lifetime of this contract. As such, questions relating to social value will be included in the method statement.
