The Project Controls lead supports the Project Manager with deliv-ery of a move to pre-emptive Event Management, involving pro-curement of event management tooling licences and support, secur-ing MOD supplier event management data, and overseeing phased roll-out. The project forms part of the SDO Reset Programme providing capability enhancement benefits to the OSM Programme.
