Additional information: Site Visits will need to be arranged prior to any Price Submitions from suppliers which must remain Firm for the duration of the Evaluation. All Pricing associated with the Site Survays/ Inspections must be Valid for a Minimum of 6 months to allow for evaluation and award against Said price
