Notice Title

Leadership and Personal Development Framework

Notice Description

Following the approval of the EA's "Strategic Workforce Plan", they are refreshing their L&D curriculum for leadership, management and personal effectiveness skills. Their desire is for EA staff to adapt to post-pandemic life and embrace hybrid working and explore innovative ways of learning to support the diverse needs of staff as they evolve into new ways of working. EA leaders need the skills and confidence to create an inclusive environment and to role model and encourage the behaviours that will enable the desired culture to thrive, where people are valued and trusted.
