The VOA requirement is for Practical Support Lawyer (PSL), 36 x months on-line licence(s) subscription. Access to PSL provides the VOA with a collection of the relevant statutory materials and the latest practice notes for both non-domestic rates and council tax and is accompanied by detailed commentary. This Contract is a direct award (not through a Framework Agreement). The Contract period is for 36 x months, until 02/01/2027.
