Orthogonal based finger matching engine software (MES) to be intergrated to BMPS matching platform for matching and re-ranking of Ten-print, palm print and latent marks to support biometric searches of biometric records Additional information: Lot 3 Matcher Engine Software (MES) (orthogonal)Supplier will provide the following: -Matching EngineSoftware (orthogonal-based) for matching and re-ranking of Ten-print, palm print and latent marks tosupport biometric searches of biometric records; -Professional Services including design, guidance andtechnical specifications for the Matcher Engine Software; -Collaboration with the MSS; -Early LifeSupport; -Ongoing Level 4 Support of the MES; and -Provision of a software licence to deliver the Servicesto the Contracting Authority and any other Central Government Bodies.Updated information: contract novated to Northgate Public Services (an NEC company).
