This Prior Information Notice (PIN) announces the Contracting Authority's intention to establish a framework for Building Maintenance and Refurbishment. The framework will replace the existing provisions and cover a broad range of services within the public sector. The expected tender release date is mid-November 2024.The Building Maintenance and Refurbishment Framework will consist of the following seven lots, enabling the selection of CPV codes, regions, and financial capacity criteria.
