The Council has appointed a suitably qualified and experienced organisation as a Supplier under an NEC4 Framework Contract, to provide 'Operated Road Sweeper Services' within the boundaries of Leicestershire County Council. Work Orders will be issued with the terms and conditions of an NEC4 Term Service Short Contract, with the Supplier then acting as a Contractor.
