The opportunity will be in up to 2 lots comprising of: 4a: Project brief/summary *Loft insulation to the town hall roof *Heating Modifications in plantroom to allow for connection of District Heating System. *Domestic Hot Water Service cylinder to be replaced with a plate heat exchanger, buffer vessel & ancillaries to suit the district heating energy source. *Dynamic Radiator Valves on all emitters (D-TRV's). *BMS modifications to suit District Heating. *Installation of Photovoltaic (PV) panels And 4b: Project brief/summary *Dynamic Radiator Valves on all emitters. *Installation of zone control valves to kitchen & foyer zones. Both Lots are on adjacent Sites; Worthing Town Hall Chapel Rd, Worthing BN11 9SA In order to be considered for this opportunity please express an interest by email to procurement@adur-worthing.gov.uk, your expression of interest should include the details of your business and at least 1 example of where you have carried out similar works; include client details, scope of works value and outcome.
